I'm pretty addicted to Edith.. I'd love to get some of the other bags. I loved the satchel and if only it had had the messenger strap it would have been perfect for me! I've seen other kinds of messenger Edith though, and also a version of the satchel that has a strap similar to the one on my Large Messenger, with the little purse attached. The auction I saw it on didn't ship internationally sadly, or it'd be in this thread with the rest of mine already! Love the Ediths. Do we have any reference shots of ALL the various styles they came out in?

FrankieP, nice Ediths!! I, too, am pretty addicted to the Edith style, and own several. I find myself going to Edith for 'comfort'. For me, it's that durable, go anywhere bag that works in just about any situation. The ironic thing is that when Edith was first launched, I couldn't believe anybody would want a bag that looked like an old school bag.........one never knows how their taste will change......LOL

Am back from having a long breakfast coffee out with the Messenger, and by gum I'm in love!!! It's SO comfy to carry with that thick, wide shoulder strap, and the wee pocket on the strap is awesome, I put my car keys in it and it's perfect - if I'm only out of the car briefly I leave the buckle undone so I can grab them again, but if leaving it for awhile I could do the buckle up and be sure the keys are in there safely. It's just a bit too small for my phone, but I've the front pockets for that too.

WOW Frankie ~ fantastic pics! YOu look stunning with your beautiful ediths! The Brun is a nice colour isn't it. Which is your favourite and have you received any compliments when out and about yet?

I think the Messenger right now for it's unbeatable wearability is my favourite. I adore the Bowler and the Muscade colour, but it is ginormous and I'm still trying to work out how to stop the bottom from collapsing when I put something in. Need to do more playing - my usual fix, a magazine, isn't working as the bag's just too darn big!

Maybe the slouch isn't bad, I'll have to just try things in front of a mirror and see whether a bit of sag underneath even matters. I noticed it 'cos it's new, I suppose, but maybe it's hardly noticeable to others.

Frankie, both your Ediths look absolutely fantastic!! You look great wearing them! It makes me want those styles, too!!! (And I have just said in another thread I would feel safe for now regarding new bag purchases...) I also love your sweater/dress!
