I was suppose to get an email also after I talked to them last night but I havent received anything yet. She also told me today that her supervisor told her that it might be a wrong picture ??? Duh description, picture and colors are exactly the same. I have talked to 3 people now, but really get the same story. If I dont hear from them before the 4 day sale ends I think I will call again. How many people have you talked to.?

I talked to two or three, Brian Joslin at live chat who was both rude and unhelpful, Anil Mani who told me that it's a different item, and perhaps another live chat person.
I just sent her another email telling her it has to be the same item and why, etc. and asking her to investigate further.

I looked in my online order at Nm and it doesnt even show up. I called and they said that it hasnt processed yet to call back tomorrow. But last time I ordered this same bag it was canceled within an hour. But I think tonite I ordered this one twice. I went to submit order and something came up about page unavailable so I hurried and ordered it again and now in my email I have two confirmation numbers. Oh Boy what should I do. This bag has been something else to try and get.

I ordered the black.

Talked to the bank, they told me that my last order had gone through and is showing in the history (has not been refunded yet). So that means that NM canceled it even though it went through with the bank?? What is with them???

sanity did you get one too?? i can't believe it's still there...although i think it's because it's not showing up in the sale section of the site, so you have to have the page bookmarked

Hoping all of ours go through

The system is down at the moment. Try calling them again in 10 mins time to confirm your order. Ask them to give u an Order #. Dont cancel any order yet untiil your order is confirmed.

I got 1 too. It is also the black. I am contemplating this vs the Navy blue. I like both but Black is more versatile.
My only concern is the handle. NM said it is black. NM pic also shows black but dont know what it is really unless seem in rl.

What colour will u choose - metallic black or Navy? Slight differences in size n style. Navy has a coin charm.

I just checked again and they are both in my online order history, but the first one I ordered says canceled and the second one says in process delivery due by the 30th. But now the black is gone and they have brown, did they have red also. What is going on?

I actually wanted the navy. I have so many black bags, but the navy got canceled the other day. So now I will take what I can get. Did you get both colors. Well I hope in the end we all get what we wanted and they will be worth what we have gone through!

i think i would have gotten the black. it was my first choice - and i actually really like the contrast between the dark brown handles and the black washed leather. and we also haven't seen pictures of the navy bag IRL; the NM colors aren't very accurate.

ahaha girls, this bag has really put us through a lot of stress. i feel like i need to take a day off to recuperate.
