That bag is no longer available at Saks, or at least as of Friday night when I called. Cat saw it at her local Saks in VA for $386.

Thanks, I think I found one at NM for $652.00, they had a brown or black but they dont take credit cards. I guess if I want one I will have to open up a NM charge which I didnt want to do.

Just ordered the blue one a while ago. I called to see what the size was when I saw your post and they said it was 16"L 12" H 5" D, but they also told me my order was canceled

shockey, the tekla is still on bergdorf's, but it has not yet gone on sale (although it's in the sale section

Thanks, I did call and talk on the phone and also did a live chat earlier and they both said it wasnt the same bag. I said same bag colors and description. I asked if they would match NM price. But live chat said thay would send it to the head dept. So that will go nowhere. Maybe it will pop back up.

i'm so confused as to why it hasn't been marked down yet.

please post if they get back to you, if they will match the price then maybe i will return my brown to NM and get the black

I thought the Blue Tekla is the smaller version unlike the others (black, brown and "red"). If it is the same type of bags, why do they post them separately? Hmmm...

I ever asked the CS rep about the size of 1 bag and she told me they will get back to me in 72 hours (3 DAYS)!!

^ i was confused about that as well; the blue one is called a "messenger" bag, and the rest are shoulder bags. but they are all just shoulder bags with attachable strap. the blue one is just...blue
3 DAYS! i've found those live chat people to be not helpful at all...and always so vague haha

I,too, called about this bag being in the sale area, but not on sale, and would they do a price match. I was told that I would have to buy it from NM to get that price. I then asked why it was listed in the sale items when it was a full price item. I think they have some sorth of 'glitch' in the system and the sale price is not showing. Guess we can keep watching,

Oh....my. They cancelled my order because the billing address was wrong. THAT'S THE ONLY ADDRESS I HAVE. i was told yesterday that the information has been verified and that they'd ship it ASAP, and now this.
this is the third time...customer service is completely useless.
i asked about why it's not on sale on BG, and he said that they are separate divisions and have different sales. so i said that it seems they have the SAME sales, because when an order is cancelled, it reappears on both sites. and he said, "alright, so what is your question?"

he said that if i wanted a price match, i'd have to fax the information to their buyers. which is weird, because when shockey did the live chat, they said that they'd forward it to the head dept. are they all full of BS???

maybe the tekla just wan't meant to be...

I called Bergdorf Goodman again today and this time they said that they will send the information to the buyers to make sure it is the same bag. Even though she did say that to her everything was the same but when she put in the number for that bag on their site it didnt come up for NM and she said that it usually does. She was already to do it but she had to get her supervisiors approval and it went down from there. Who the heck knows. But I guess we should watch it now that enough of of have asked maybe they will check it out. Who knows. Lets just keep the link and keep checking. This bag is seeming impossible to get.

this just in: received an email from BG regarding price match.
she said that she cannot match the price as it is not yet on sale (???). and she is also trying to say that it's not the same item.
maybe i should call them...
