hi guys, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask for authentication, but being someone who's never owned a Choe, I would love to bid on this bag. Can you tell me if this bag is authentic or fake? Thanks!

Please post all questions as to authenticity in the AUthenticate This Chloe thread. Thanks!

By popular demand, here is the entire family, pool-side!!

I think Chocolat is totally stealing the show in the sunshine

IRL tho, I think Blanc takes the cake (she is actually the one holding
all my stuff, the others are full of paper- LOL)
How do you decide which one to carry?

Is this strap long enough to wear cross-body style? How useful do you find the strap? I heard about a few owners who had removed the straps from theirs because they found them too heavy and wide, so they now use the straps as belts! I haven't handled one with a strap before, but it looks like a good idea.

hi

the strap is rather long as you say, and i would think it is to awkward and bulky to wear accross body. i have used my shoulder strap on odd occasions, and YES i have used it once as a belt. in gerneral though it has just been used as a normal paddy

hi...
i am just new to this forum and just got a paddington in the whiskey (?) color ...i know this sounds dreadfully pathetic but...which is the right way (if there is a right one) of closing it??? do you need to x over the tags? i keep doing this and then spend minutes trying to get anything out of the bag!
i am enjoying reading the postings and that collection of paddingtons...gorgeous!
cheers

Most of the time, all I do is close the two zips and then just lay the lock over the closure. I'm always in and out of my bag, so to unlock it, etc. would be a real hassle! The only time I might completely lock it up would be if I were traveling or something... for security reasons. How to do it? Pull the zips closed, open the lock, line up the leather rectangles at the end of the zips so one is on top of another, place the open arm of the lock through the openings in the leather rectangles, lock the lock (use the key!) and go! (Did I do that right? )

Do only the small satchels come with shoulder straps? In the store I didn't see any straps attached to the medium satchels. Or are they sold seperately?
