Thanks so much - I love the Betty style - so great for everyday! But really don't like them nearly as much without the brass zip/pull lock - think it's a great touch!

I couldnt agree more...
The brass rings are beautiful, they confer "edgyness" to the Betty... and make her a different bag... UNIQUE...
Someone said before that Betties without brass rings look EMPTY and I just totally agree...
I love Betties... Have I said this before?

tequilalimesalt, I believe Betty with the square-ish zipper pulls was from the spring/summer 06 collection.

Betty is a bag I never seem to tire of --I've been carrying my black patent lately --it is so user friendly and gets tons of compliments.
