Just saying "hello"
Came home and took the dogs for a walk. Murphy was just a barking. He was walking down the street barking at air. I was very embarrassed.
Did I tell you guys the crazy story of the customer who "bought" two homes and was going to pay cash? He went to the closing and everything, kept saying he had wired the funds. That was 9-28 and still nothing! What a crazy SOB. He called me like every day saying he was taking care of it. I still do not understand why he played us like that. He really wore me out. It was very emotional. Every time I thought ok move on it's not going to happen then he would call and tell us another "story"
I swear I HATE this stupid MORON.

I know and he took up alot of time. He went to the closing with the Attorney! We ordered refrigerators and my field manager ( he over sees contruction in my neighborhood)
gave up a day off to get the homes ready. It was a mess.

LOL we try to be organised and plan meals out but when we can't be arsed we have a pretty good stock cupboard for basic ingredients...

Well right now nothing much!!! I have to go to the office for a flu shot later today. They give them to us for free in hopes of keeping us well. I have to go by my neighborhood and remove a few lock boxes off some sold homes. Murphy needs a bath, that will be either today or Friday. I may be a slug today and save the dirty wotk till tomorrow.
I have some cleaning to do. Our daughter has a wedding here this weekend so they are coming which means Ben is going to be here!! Can't wait to see him, he is 3 months old now. He is such a good baby.
