LLVL, get the Kelly. It is a gorgeous bag and very classy.

Caley, get the Kelly. It is such a classic compared to some of the others. There is also a new one called the SO Kelly or Jypsiere if you want a slightly more casual feel. Prices are similar so either will do. The increases seem to only be averaging 10% which is way better than Chanel and so worth it. I still love both though.

I recall RG has the amarante reade pm. She posted saying she actually used it to work and she liked it. But then she posted she returned the bag back to LV????

JKP the kelly comes in different sizes like the speedy. 28=28cm, 30=30cm etc.

Dis: Maybe the bag wasn't right for her. Didn't your DH buy you a Lexington that you returned b/c it wasn't right for you? Heck I returned a bag charm to LV once that I thought I just loved...and later changed my mine. Good thing LV does returns...otherwise we'd all be stuck with at least one "not right at the time" purchase.

Wow, is everyone on the H bandwagon now? Let's see who's next to purchase an H bag. JKP, Caley?

SIL: I agree...time for a new bag! I brought cabas to the movies once and had arare and cuttlefish in it. I opened my ziploc and wow the aroma! I think the people in front of me smelt it too. I didn't eat it afterwards b/c I thought I would get busted. LOL.

True I returned the Lexington but I never used it. She posted on the boards that she put her stuff in it and used it for a whole work day. If you honestly believe it's okay to use stuff and then return it as unused, then that's your choice. We'll just have to agree to disagree.

A while back they wanted me to do something that I believed and knew was wrong and I refused to follow along. Now I am no longer invited to outtings but at least I know I did the right thing and my conscience is clear.

Regarding movie food, once I saw a group of around 10 and they were passing out spam musubi.

Y'know, i don't mind paying nearly $10 per person for around 2hrs or so of entertainment but the concession prices really irk me. My mom & I went to see Mamma Mia! (and I was totally surprised at how much I actually ENJOYED that movie) and paying $12.50 for 2 medium sodas and a medium popcorn is just highway robbery. My conscience is not bothered at all by sneaking in a couple of my own candy bars.

When I worked retail, I was mostly irritated by stupid tourist girls who wanted to return used swimsuits bc they "couldn't get the sand out".

LOL.. I had someone try to return a pair of boardshort bc it "didn't fit" and yet when I checked the pockets, a handfull of sand poured onto the counter. People are dumb.

I think DH is getting excited about the idea of TTC, he's started to point out big belly women and asking if I'm ready to look like that.

Mamma Mia! looks like such a cute movie. So you give it the thumbs up then? I definitely want to watch it. Hilarious about someone wanting to return used swimsuits. What's up with all the sand? Pocket change for the store, haha.

When I was shopping at Macys, there was one woman trying to return a bag full of stuff with the tags cut off but inside the shopping bag. This was back when it was still Liberty House. They had such a lenient return policy that they actually had one SA on the side trying to figure out which tag went with which item so they could give her the return.

The Kelly is such a nice bag. Go Caley!!! Prices will only go up. The only thing is for the amount you spend, do research and make sure it is something you really love. It seems you will not get back full value if you change your mind and decide to resell unless you go with an exotic. Do you know what color you would like? Choosing the color is half the fun.
