Tks sassygee for your kind words and earlier advice! You are right, that inch difference doesn't bother me at all. This black reissue is somehow visually smaller than my grey 227, yet doesn't compromise its room.

This bag's condition is so good, I'm reluctant to tear off the wrappings off the chain to try it on! It doesn't even have leather crease on the flap interior where the flap folds down and the leather is smooth without being too distressed. I cannot find any fault with it, definitely not parting and returning it!

any info would be very much appreciated.

I first emailed the Hirshleifer's SA, Madison to inquire on availability. Then I called her to inspect the bag's conditions and advise her my payment and shipping details. Its scarily easy and makes my wallet bleeds too easily!
