What'r your opinion about the Mademoiselle ligne? W/ Pics**

I am suppose to get the black in the last picture next week. I'll reserve my judgement until then.

I think the last two photos do not do that frame bag justice. It is not meant to be carried on your shoulder; it's a true hand-carried bag. I've talked to SAs who have seen the bag and they say it is gorgeous. I'll let you all know when mine arrives hopefully next week.

Now there are more "nos" than "yes". Maybe I'll wait for Balto Bag Lady and Savannah to receive their Mademoiselle bags and see how they feel about the bag.

I don't think so. Although the Stam is edgy, it is clunky and inelegant. I believe it was his homage to Chanel. There is a Chanel for everyone. I happen to think that this line is beautiful (although I have yet to see one in person.) There are certain styles of Chanel that I couldn't see myself carrying and obviously, there are bags that some others could not carry. I am nostalgic for all things classic and to me this line of Chanels has that very classic look.
I may, of course, think differently when I receive mine.

they're cute.. but a little to un-chanelish for my liking.. especially that last one.. first thing that came to mind was MJ stam.. which should never happen considering chanel is a million times better than MJ

I just saw the first two at NM in BH. I was drawn to the grey one but the leather felt like hard vinyl and I was turned off. Edgy with the space age looking turnlock.
