I think the jewellery is cute and the flap bag is quite cute but not something I would buy, I think the first bag is horrible though,I would rather have a leather bag for the kind of money that I expect that is!

i think the charm bracelets etc are quite cute, but the bags aren't really my style. that said, i've seen some girls carrying it and rockin' the whole look! =)

The flap bags are cute, but I don't think they're worth the money. How much are they? Over a $1000 is my guess.

Being older than dirg, I have to agree that the animal collection is aimed at the younger clientele. I don't see the collection as classic and standing the test of time. As for the jewelry, I agree that few would recognize it as a Chanel piece. There are some gorgeous glass beaded neclaces and bracelets that are timeless pieces that again can go casual or dressy.

I love it and I'm 29...I already bought the bracelet and I am still waiting for Chanel to call me to pick it up...thay are resizing it for me because it's a little to big for my tiny wrist...I also went to the Neiman Marcus s/s trunk show and put my name on the list for a baby flap...they said they wont get it until march/april...so I couldn't wait...called my SA on 57th in NY and located one for me and it is being shipped as we speak...I think it will arrive either today or tomorrow!!!

try calling the 800 Chanel number if you would like to aquire one...if that fails I still have my name on the waiting list at Neiman Marcus...I'd be happy to let someone else pick that up when they call and say they got it in!!!

as for the clutch...I'm hearing it's a makeup bag..not a clutch...but I could be wrong???

Its def. a clutch. There is a long strap to hold it and its rather long. There is the main compartment and then a zippered front pocket which the owl charm is on. Its probablythe only baby animal bag I would be interested in getting b/c the price tag isn't all that bad.

Congrats on getting a flap! Post pics when you get it!
