What do you guys think of this Chanel?

Hi everyone. This is my first post and I am researching my first Chanel purchase. What do you guys think of this bag:

I was told at the Chanel store that it was lambskin patent leather, then the NM associate at another Chanel boutique told me it was vinyl! Given the retail price - it goes for $3,450 - it seems quite steep for the materials used (or lack thereof). In any event, I do like the style and it has the thicker chain which is supposed to be a look. What do you guys think?

The style & in patent...

I'm with you on the price though.

I'm waiting for one of these to pop up on eBay.

Usually cheaper.

It's okay, but not something I'd carry myself. It's all about what YOU love, though!

it's not vinyl. The bag is really pretty IMO, but too pricey.

It's gorgeous. The lime green interior is TDF! But sadly the price is too, too much.

Unfortunately, it's a thumbs down for me. I don't like where the handles are coming from - the semi-circle holes are way too big for the handles and they look like they would collect a ton of dust in it lol. Other than that, I love black patent and the bright interior lining but not the double compartment style. Too chunky for me!

it luks very nice! price ouch! but if u really want it n love it, dont worry get it! or try searchin for a better in price one..

It is fine. I don't think it is terrible but I don't love it either.

I really like it, but I agree with the other ladies, it's too pricey.

Way too much money for it. Rather get the new jumbo patent that is coming out for fall.

Anyways, I kind of like it, but yes it is a lot of money...
But buy what makes you happy...

Hi and welcome!

Personally I think the bag is too bulky for it's size, but if you love it, go for it!

If patent leather is what you're going after, they pop up often on eBay at better prices so if you're not 100% sure, keep your eyes on a lookout!

They have that at chanel, Why dont you buy it from them at least your sure its real and they put it in a cute box wrap and put it in the chanel shopping bag. just for how much that person is selling for I dont know the exact retail value but my mom was looking at. my opinion

opps my bad I thought you said you were getting it from that eBay site.... but I think there are better patent leather bags I told my mom not to get it theres the flap patent thats nicer but it has the sparkle shimmer kinda thing thats better and a little less
