Washed lambskin: how well does it hold up?

I saw the new ultimate soft and it's gorgeous! But it's made of lambskin (washed I think) so I'm not sure how well it would hold up? I am thinking about getting the red one, but don't know if the leather would pick up dirt easily, etc. It's very soft and almost suede-like to the touch. What do you girls think?

From what I have read it is more durable than you would think. If you do a search on the “Ultimate Soft” in this forum you will find a lot of past threads about this bag. :)

the "new ultimate soft" bag you're talking about is called the sombrero. mon, smoothoprtr had some trunk show pics of it recently. just search "sombrero"

not really my style, but they do feel like heaven. i would imagine they hold up like most other luxury brand distressed bags...
