My third flap after a black med/large lamb in gold hardware, a 2.55 in light gold 227 and finally a black lamb jumbo in silver hardware. Was hesitating whether to get this from paris/london with the help of my bestie and buying it locally.

Was told that london is oos of this bag at this moment and also oos when i went to the local store recently and when i called up again last thurs... was told that there was stock and only limited quantity. I missed the reservation dateline and i called again on sat to check and was told that there might be one more piece and so there i was to pick up the latest buy yesterday...

but it was tad expensive as compared to getting it in europe but there are no stock at this very moment and was told that there might be a price increase soon but i have no idea how true it is.

Congrats! I think it's a gorgeous bag and you should enjoy it! There are indeed rumors that there will be a price increase as of November, but don't know whether that's true. I had a very difficult time to get my Jumbo in caviar in Europe and am so happy that I have one! So I guess if you really wanted one, than you should enjoy the fact that you managed to get one. Put aside your doubts! You were lucky enough to get your hands on one! :)

Beautiful bag!! Congrats, I have been eyeing this with the gold hardware but am too afraid of the lambskin! I think you did great.

Since there definitely seems to be a price increase in the future, you might as well buy the bag just to sit on it. (Figuratively speaking, of course). IMO however it's never good if you need to be convinced to buy something. If you have any lingering doubt, it's best to pass up on it..
