taking chanel bag in for refurbishing

will chanel take my bag in for refurbishing even if i dont have a receipt? i dont trust leather repair shops with my chanel. so i was wondering if chanel or department stores allow this w/o a receipt. thanks

Yes take it the Chanel boutique, they will do it and will give you an estimate too.

You don't need a receipt and you don't have to take it back to the same Chanel as you bought it from

you definitely dont need a reciept! as long as it is an authentic chanel, just take it into any chanel boutique and they wil advise you about their services!! usually costs abt $200++
