Default Suggestions for a cross-body little purse!

Hi gurls,
i'm a new mommy and have a newborn,
i'm starting to notice that all of my bags are hand carried
and i need something that is hands free..
for the time being i have wallet in my diaper bag and since my diaper bag hangs on my stroller i find myeslf always keeping an eye on my stroller which is kinda tiring...

i need sth cross-body,something that is small & compact, carries only my essentials - like money, ID, cc, a lipstick, keys, cellphone...
a mommy frn of mine uses a gucci pouch to keep her essentials but i'm kinda tired with the gucci pouch look and there are too much counterfeits out there. (plus i dont dress sporty to go with the gucci pouch)

i usually carry my baby on a sling so i need sth that feels like and is not bulky.

can you give me some suggestions, pictures would help too!!!

thanks in advance!!

WOC or mini flap would be good. WOC may works better for you as it's already a wallet. It's roomy enough to fit your cell phone, lipsticks and keys. The mini flap is very nice but you will probably need to use a small wallet/card holder to hold your cc cards and bills.

Congratulations on your newborn!

Sounds to me like a wallet on a chain (WOC) or a mini flap would be perfect for you. You will find pictures of both in our reference library thread, here you go: Post pictures of your Flaps & Classic Flaps including WoC's!

I would say a WOC that its already a wallet or a medium/large flap, since you can fit ur wallet, cuz if you get mini flap its a small wallet that you have to fit in, i like that my bags fit any wallet size so its better the WOC or medium flap.

I am also mother of a newborn (my baby is 2 months old).

I just bought a black mini caviar classic just becoz of the same reason. I don't feel secure to put my essentials inside my diaper bag and I don't like the straps on tote bag kept falling from my shoulders when I am carrying my baby. So a mini flap is a good choice to satisfy my need.

Haha...I used to carry my Gucci belt bag because of the multi-pocket. Two in the front with my purse, cell phone, keys, etc. & the back pocket with a spared diaper & wipes.

Now, my son is no more baby, but I still got to run after him all the time. I've been wearing my reissue 225 messanger style all the time. I tried on the classic line, I found only the mini & WOC have longer chain. But all sizes in reissue have long chain that's good enough to wear across body. IMO, the length of the reissue chain suit me the best. Mini is little short (right on my hip bone) & WOC is way too long (way below my hip bone). Plus, I chose 225 reissue over mini/WOC because I can still fit in a diaper/wipe. Anytime, I just need to carry 1 bag with me if my son needs to get change.

I would recommend a mini flap too. Sounds like it would be perfect for your needs.
