Special order Chanel...only in my dreams?

I love when a brand does special orders. BV charges a 30% premium, but I think its totally worth it to get exactly what you want. Especially when a bag was never available in a certain style/color combination! I don't know if Hermes and Mulberry upcharge for the service, but you can SO with them, too. So why not Chanel? Do you think they'll ever do it? With all their price increases, desire to be more exclusive and ongoing battle against resellers, you'd think a special order program would fit right in. What do you guys think? Would you pay extra to special order a Chanel and what would you get?
