Saks out of dust bag???

I noticed the box I received today does not go with the bag, neither.

^ oh no, sorry to hear that! That's sad, I ended up return that bag though, not really because of the box though, I just find another bag I loved more.

Thanks. It's a good thing I love the bag and planning to keep it forever or I would've been really, really upset.

Good that you love the bag, at least the bag itself it's perfect for you, which is most important!! If you don't mind the box and love the bag, and it was a deal, then just keep it, but make sure you go after the SA until you get the dust bag!

I think what it is is that the SAs mix the boxes and dustbags up, when they set things out for display, and the packing materials (dustbags, boxes) get misplaced or given out with the incorrect bag -- thus discrepancies occur... and some bags end up without a bag, after the frenzy of a sale. It has to be the store's fault.

hiya
can someone tell me if the cambon tote is supposed to come with the dust bag? i was surprised to see none with my bag. cos i would rather have a dust bag to store it and all i got was a box which is so space consuming

They are all supposed to come with a dustbag.. but from what people are saying looks like some are not being shipped out with the dust bags

I just got a call from Chanel customer service rep and they are shipping my dust bag to me via fedex!!!

Chanel said if any of you are having a problem with Saks, please contact Chanel customer service.
They would like to hear the problem we're all having with Saks.
