Reissue 227 vs 228 comparison pictures?

Does anyone have comparison pics of the 227 next to a 228? I can only find individual pics and I can't get a sense of the size difference.

For the ladies who have the 228, do you think it is unproportional, too big?

I'm 5'6" 120lbs...I have the medium flap and it's too small for everday use. I want either the 227 or 228 but not sure which one to get. I carry a lot in my purses!!

I have both the 227 and 228 sizes. I am 5 ft 4 inches and I think both sizes are ok. So, I think you can rock both sizes!!

It really depends on how many things you carry in your bag. Also, size 228 tends to be very heavy when it's full (sometimes to a point where my shoulder hurts).

For your information on the measurements:
Size 227: 12.25" x 9.18" x 2.5"
Size 228: 13.5" x 8.25" x 3.5"

I was going to get a 228 but I found the chain to be extremely heavy.

I carry a lot in my purses as well but I find the 228 a little too bulky for my size. I'm 5'2" and 110lbs. Personally, I would go for the 227, it's perfect.

I would think the 227 is roomy enough.. while i was getting my metallic 227, i did tried on the 228 and trust me, the chain are very heavy. Unless you are really tall and bigger, i wont suggest the 228.

I have the 228. I have no issues. It is nice and roomy and I like the way it looks...I am also getting the 227 to diversify.
