Are all reissues made in Italy?

I saw other reissues selling online "Made in France".

Are they fake?

also, if this hasnt been said before: the 2.55 reissues have that "secret" compartment where Coco stashed her love letters...this was explained to me by Sabrina, Chanel specialist at NM here in Boca, also, the 2.55s have more compartments, and places to put things inside them than the classic flaps do...but both are exquisite though and i want both LOL

Hi I am new with Chanel, I was wondering if anyone knows how much the jumbo 2.55 metallic black bag 2008 with gold hardware? Someone told me it is very hard find, can anyone confirm that? Thanks so much

It depends on the material, whether it is patent, lambskin or caviar. It also depends on if you are referring to a reissue or not. The range excluding the Jumbo size is approximately $2000 to $3000.

It's $2350 at Saks. Mediun Caviar Flap ...Jumbo is $2650 prices going up in Nov 1-15 don't know exact date

my reissue & classic flap both have the same type & number of compartments though..

This was a very helpful thread and maybe I missed this info. is there an order to the flaps like Best Better Great- Volkswagon,Meccedes, Bentley??? I mean is there one style that is more coveted or loved???
