I am actually pretty rough on my bags, so I don't know if it will work for me. I was considering getting the red patent as a PST, but it seems like it doesn't come in red patent, just red caviar. There ae so many bags I want this season, and I just can't decide. I wish I could get them all, but it won't happen.

So it seems like the whole chanel forum is buzzing about red. Since I can't decide on which red to get, I put myself down for a red patent GST in addition to the red caviar jumbo. I am also supposed to get a blue lambskin jumbo and a halfmoon WOC. Is this crazy?
What do people think of the red patent GST? I have a 7 month old now, so I don't really know how much use I am going to get out of any of these bags. I just don't want to loose out on them, since it seems like stores ordered less and I am afraid I am going to kick myself in 6 months for not buying the bag when I had the chance.

I am also in the same situation. I have 09A Jumbo caviar flap, but still look for bright red. After seeing many pics here, I manage to get 10C Largepatent flap, but still lookforward to see how bright 10C caviar look in real, and hopefully it is bright and different enough from the other two.
But if you can get only one, I will say red patent:) |

I saw the red patent in the boutique and it's quite a looker -- a read head turner.
For those who have the red patent M.A., which is the same red patent used in the summer collection, that's the blue ribbon winner of C's red patents ever made, imho. The red is warmer toned than the current red patent. As for choosing patent versus caviar, for me it would come down to the use. If you want a purse to carry daily for months on end, my vote would be cavier. If you want a purse that is in rotation with others, then I would go for patent. |

Caviar all the way! It's more classic IMO.

I don't want to pass up the red caviar jumbo, so I think I'll get that, but now I am wondering if I should get the red patent gst too. Do you think I'll be able to get it in a few months? Will it sell out?
