Now I am on a mad hunt to find that Chanel ski cap. Any suggestions on where to start? What exactly is it called?
Thanks. L |

lol! i know. it's great. it might be sold out...i think it is...but u can try chanel in nyc. i saw a headband very similar to this on ebay. it's not a headband to hold back ur hair. it's a band that you wear around ur head to keep ur ears warm. it is from the same line.
when i got it, i bought two and sold the other one on ebay. i'm sorry. i wish i had held onto it for you! perhaps you should try checking around on ebay...since i'm almost certain it is sold out in the stores. good luck!!! |

oh! and in answer to your question, i think it is considered a beanie. it's not a FULL hat. it's more of a beanie...half of a hat..if that makes sense!

I love everyone's collections!! You have inspired me to haul mine out and to try to snap a few pics while DH is away with older son at soccer game.
Swanky's comments about the spider crack me up!! Every morning after I get the kids off to school and DH is still hanging around I say to him "If only I had a bus to pick you up in the morning!!" I tell ya, that is one huge disadvantage to having a self employed husband! |

I LOVE how the many uses of "D" for DH!! I'm going to start calling my husband DH to his face.....when I'M MAD! LOL!....IT'S NOT GOING TO STAND FOR "DARLING" OR "DEAR" AT THAT POINT!!!

GREAT pics addisonshopper!!! have u worn ur '06 wedges? I got those over the summer and haven't used them yet.
Have you found that the part that goes over the heel with the "chanel" on it is snug or a little loose? Mine are a little loose, but i didn't notice it until awhile after purchase, when i tried them on one day. how do urs fit around the heel? i may take them to a seamstress and have her alter that part for me. anyhoo, very nice pieces! |

dbt- the shoes are absoulutely GORGEOUS... I did not even hesitate on spending the $450 ons ESPIDRILLES.. I have worn them on several occasions.. I must say out of all the chanel shoes, sandals and boots I have bought.. it is the worst shoe to wear...(besides the clogs and thats another story)..
They don't stay tied.. there is not enough string or something.. and there is alot of space around the ankle.. which is not good for walking...actually my tassle has fallen off one string and the square piece that the laces go through came off and thats due to all the space in the shoe... i have tied the laces so thight to keep them up that i got a permanent wrapping around my leg(lol) at the airport on the way to dallas this lady stopped me and said she looked everywhere and could not find her size 10/40- I said be lucky cause you saved yourself $450... wow all that for 450 and I am not biased.. I only now buy chanel shoes and sandals because of the comfortability- swanky I love your writting at the bottom.. I could not take them back because i bought them at the chanel boutique and they have the 14 day policy.. but i am sure Indra would have done something for me... but I LOVE THE LOOK OF THE SHOE....dont get me wrong they are comfy and they do not hurt my feet.. just akward to keep on..]anybody else out there have them- and have that problem... i have other lace up(diff brand) sandals and never have that problem with the laces-- I guess cause they are leather and this is cotton..or whatever the material is.. p.s-- they look great with jeans and a blazer.... i love the chanel around back ankle part.. i got many looks at the airport... |
