hi ladies, here is the my action photos with the black RED portobello, i neeeedd serious help, i was just going to wear this today for the 1st time, and while taking all the tissue paper out, then i look and IT DOESNT HAVE THE STICKER!
I have been unlucky these couple of weeks but i dont think this going to happen to me...AGGHHH! i dunno what to do, i love this to death as u can see the color of the red just pop agh!! but i dont think i want a bag without a serial number (one of my OCD symptomps haha).

please advise me what to do, should i:
1. return this bag to the chanel boutique that i bought in europe which gonna cost me in total loss of approx $300 for the shipping etc (bringing in the bag already cost me $150 and another $150 to send the bag)

2. should i just sell this bag on eBay? i just want to get my money back without all the losses, do u think i can get that on ebay with a bag without a sticker? well it does have the auth card and the receipt.

please tell me what you think because i am too tired to deal with these after whats went on with my life..thank you ladies, hope you guys dont mind helping me with this.

We have the same exact bag, you might have missed it it is stick on the grey tab on the left inside corner if you are facing the bag. The tab is exactly the same color with the lining inside you might just have missed it.

In my opinion this bag is too big for you, just my two cents...

I would first try contating the boutique and telling them the bag doesn't have a hologram sticker, they should be the ones to pay for the shipping back. Also, perhaps you can return the bag to one of the boutiques here in the US (if you are in the US). They should then send you the new bag and not charge for shipping (since it's their mistake).

If this doesn't work I would try listing the bag on eBay to see what it goes for.

Anyway, don't take this so seriously, it's just a bag!!!

bagtasia: i have the black ones and i know where its located but it not there, the small leather to put the sticker on its empty and its super clean, makes me wonder, is my sa did this to me purposely? because i am buying from overseas? thx u dear for your tots

kmbs: i wish its as easy as that, this is europe we are talking here and to explain a bag to the sa took me around 1/2 hour usually haha, i dunno what to do =) i know its only a bag but its just i had some probs with other bags as well thats why i am so devastated. thx u so much for your kind tots

Is there any chance of taking it into a local boutique along with all your paperwork and trying to have them resolve this for you? It might be worth a try before taking a loss on it on eBay.

i knowwww it looks big on me huahuahau but its not in real life, its just because of the angle of the camera haha =)
i love the red on this bag, its just pop when i wear it and the hw is just perfection hiks...cyndee: I TRIED and i showed them the bill but the said there is nothing they can do about it...anybody has experienced this?

That's just crazy! You should be able to get service at any boutique. How about calling the 800 number or head office?

regarding sticker - same thing happened to me with the medium black/beige one at NM - the sticker actually came off and got stuck to the bubble stuffing inside of it! IMHO the chanel makers should do a better job of making sure that the sticker is stuck SECURELY to the little leather flap... also, the SA was unable to remove the sticker from the bubble wrap without ripping it since it's so sticky.

If I were you, I'd return/exchange it... but I would also call the 1-800 number and ask them to help you since it's a defect and hopefully they'll oblige... good luck!!!

Love the bag! (I agree it's huge but might be the angle, I'm 5'1" and I like big bags too :)

Without the serial sticker the bag will not do well on eBay. I'd return it to the closest Chanel boutique, you have good reason to do so re: defective due to missing sticker!

You should demand that they cover the costs for shipping and that they send you out a new one right away. This is their mistake!

Also, the boutique near you is crazy. If you bought it at a boutique, you should be able to have it serviced at any other Chanel boutique in the world! Provided you have documentation.

I'm stunned that they would tell you that! Uggh!

well let me put it this way, i live in a country that does not appreciated and apply customer service in daily life, so does my chanel boutique here. Now thx to skimmilk, i will look for it in every chanel tissue that i haveeeee in my house haha just in caseee!
The thing is, if i return this bag, they will not be able to replace it, because it was the last one in the wholeeeee france. all i want just the sticker hiks...

I love the bag! It would bother me too about the sticker. Last one in France, are they not replenishing stocks? I have this bag in black/beige. I want it in red and gey combo too.

pplease tell me that is the largest size -- it is GINORMOUS! it might just be that the pics were taken at an angle, but it seems like the bag totally overwhelms your frame. return it if you can.

this bag looks very cute in the color combination, just that its big on you but if you love it like this, then you should call the 1 800 like other have adviced you already, and tell them the problem i think its more direct than an actual boutique sometimes they go lazy or they dont take it as important, or return it but they should fix the problem without you payin shipment, i havent had any xperience with things like this, but ive read some people had.

well hope everything works out fine! and i also think on eBay you could sell it like that ive seen some bags sold with no authenticity sticker.
