thanks for the pics - the bag is beautiful. The color looks more like a rust. I saw a rust color in the diamond stitch collection - so maybe that is a color for this season? BTW, how big is this bag?

Thanks for posting the pics hikarupanda. I have to agree with you regarding the washed out leather. Hmmm...I didn't realize the frame would have the pleats at the frame. These close up pics of the PNY bag definitely have killed my desire.

^ I have not seen the bag in person so I don't really know the size, but you can get an idea if you go to chanel.com and look at the runway pic, picture #3 is this bag with the model holding it in hand.

I actually think the pictures don't do its justice, I still love the style. I just don't like that washed out burgandy so I will stick with black or dark grey.

Ok, gals, you gotta help me out with this, the bag I have been cravig about...the PNY bag, well, the leather one is not in store yet but I saw this tweed one and since there are only 2 in store, I bought one just now........though I am so not sure, tweed? Or leather (either black or grey)? Tweed is so seasonal though......today is really hot in LA and this bag just make me feels hotter as I am looking at it now.....HELP!!! Should I be patient and wait for the leather one that can be used all year long? The tweed is $150 cheaper than the leather one....Please let me know what you gals think!!

The Burgundy that I saw seemed to be a little funny of a color...it wasn't a color that I thought was really flattering...the Black is AMAZING!

Definitely the leather!!! I bought a few of the new Chanels today...my SA had them for me...I think I bought about 6 bags today...I will post pics tomorrow...with all the names etc! SO EXCITING..
