A lot!! The side is pleated, so it can fit a lot more than a regular, flat clutch. I haven't stuck anything in it yet, but I know I'll be able to fit keys, lipstick, gloss, compact, etc. It can fit a little more than 2 tennis balls to give you an idea b/c the sides can expand so much.

Congrats annp! Nice clutch. Did you get yours in white caviar? I saw the white but only in lambskin. The red one sounds nice.

Thanks! At least I made a very important decision today - I am going to return the white caviar single flap bag to Saks, I found it being too elegant for my style, and that way I have more funds towards the pleated pouch! I just need to pick a color now, black or grey....mmm....

Wow I have to say I just got back from the trunk show and all the bags are stunning... They had more styles to choose from at the show and also had all the ones pictured here. The buyer for Chanel mentioned that the new fall styles would be more of a hand held bag than the chain shoulder bags this fall and the #9 in person in the brown was very beautiful than pictured.#10 in the bronze color was also nice but it was quite large and looked like a carry on tote cause of the box shape style and cause i'm only 5'2. But anyone interseted should compare the styles and sizes of the bags before purchasing one. I couldn't help but to put #9 and a medallion chain tote on reserve... to many to choose from!!!

Is #9 metallic. It reminds me of an updated, in a very good way, speedy .
