How do you feel about this bag from Paris- New York Collection? I have been thinking about it a lot lately. It's vintage calfskin, it will come in in black, dark grey, burgandy and white. I have put my name down for black and dark grey. Retail for $2695. Pictures from chanel.com

It's called pleated pouch. I really like the style and the leather, but don't you think it's a bit too pricey??

That one I saw it on Friday in my boutique, I think it's lambskin, not too easy to deal with an ivory lambskin bag though....

hikarupanda, the bag from paris-ny is beautiful. i do have to agree it's a bit pricey for just calfskin... do you kow how much bigger than the classic flap the pouch is?

I don't have dimension and I have not seen it in person, but I think it must be bigger (at least the bottom is wider) than the classic flap. It's really the price that makes me feel uncertain about whether I should get it.
