NM in San Diego has two black Mademoiselle bags ( I think it's a large tote & small one).

Yes, they have the totes but not the camera bag.

However, I found one today at Saks on 5th avenue AND I'm getting $200 in EGCs to use on a future purchase. I'm so excited.

The black bag I got has the same distressed leather as the vintage ligne. Not patent. I was told by my SA at Neimans that it was the last one in that style.

i bought the doctor's bag yesterday from chanel, there are black, white light brown and dark drown. i got the dark brown cos the light brown looks so awful. i asked whether they will have the dark red/burgandy in this style but it seems like chanel themselves know so little about their products that the SA couldnt even answer. i hope i have made the right decision to go for brown and not wait to see whether they will have the burgandy color.

I too like the dark brown in the 'Outdoor' line's Dr. Bag style. The leather texture and 'look' of the bag looks really great in the dark brown. I think you made a very good decision! Congratulations, you look great carrying it too!

Kaka - your bag is gorgeous. It looks good on you. I saw it IRL - the leather is very vintage looking.

hi Angel14, if you were asking abt my bag, it was £955. same as the large cerf tote.

ummm.... i think a cerf will be on my next 'must buy bag' list.
