No, its not the new mini. I bought it more than a year ago. I find the chain is long enough for me even for messenger style but the problem is the wider base doesn't allow the bag to lie flat against the body like the WOC. So I prefer to wear the mini as a sling bag.

I find my WOC's chain is a tad too long but loves how it skims and stays flat to the body.

Another TPFer pm me asking for the product code, decided I'll post here in case anyone is interested.

thanks! i guess it looked more rectangular bec of the angle

...i just luv the new version -- so adorable! less squarish and, though not too sure, looks like it has a longer chain... have a woc too
