Hi,

i know it's not worth opening a new thread for this but i fell in love with this bag however sometimes a bag looks wonderful in magazines but not that great in real. Unless i did not read carefully all the topics it seems none of you bought this bag. At least have you seen it. is it worth? if you own it can you post pics? thank you very much

I saw this in the Chanel fashion catalog I got in the mail.... I looooved it, until I checked the price list in the back. It's over 3k. Yikes! It's a gorgeous bag, but I don't see why it costs THAT much. I mean, it's washed caviar leather and doesn't have woven chain handles... If you have the money, go for it. But I don't think the price matches the amount of skill I think it takes to make a bag like this (vs. the amount of time/skill it does take to make a classic flap).

I have seen this at the boutique and I liked it. It's called Weekenders and it's actually a very large tote/weekend bag. I believe the retail price was somewhere around $3850 or something.

I too loved this bag when I first seen it (and still now) and pondered the thought of owning it, but like the other ladies have suggested, way too high of a price in our opinion, but that is just our opinion...you have to decide yourself. I also think that even though it is nice looking, it does not really stand out on it's own to justify that high price. I would loved to have purchased it and used it for all my traveling but I could not take a big enough gulp and swallow the price on it without fear of choking a bit, lol, lol,

The bag is beautiful both online and in person. I actually want it, I just don't think it is worth nearly $4k.

yea this bag looks very cute and soo different from the rest, its really a very gorgeous bag first time I see it, but the price its so disapointing!
