I'd get rid of the vintage classic flap in white or one of the large bags up top :) GORGEOUS collection!

I love all your bags, so it's a tough decision. I think I'm leaning towards letting go of the small black patent bag with handle and chain next to your Pink Caviar Kelly. I think your re-issues, flaps and little ones are fabulous! I also think you probably get a lot of use out of the two large bags. If you want to keep the small one next to the Pink Caviar, then maybe let go of the large Black bag on the right.....in the first picture. Good Luck, I don't envy you having to let go of one of your babies!

Stunning collection Expat!! I am seriously in love, especially with the bottom row of bags - the reissues are gorgeous and so special, as is the punk clutch. Your pink kelly is adorable too

I'd get rid of the Mademoiselle and vintage white jumbo in that order. Good luck deciding, must be tough but you'll have a gorgeous red flap to replace it!

Wonderful collection. I think this thread could be confusing you a bit with everyone's opinions. I'd actually let one of your black big bags go because you have too many black bags & I think it's time to add a pop of color into your collection.

Great collection Expat! Downsizing stinks and I feel your pain. I would get rid of the vintage white flap and the holdall (top right). If you needed to get rid of a third, I'd sell the pink kelly. Definitely keep the reissues and punk clutch!

Gorgeous collection. Congrats on your shiba Inu...beautiful dogs. I have a Japanese Chin.
If you really need to sell a bag....i would either choose the mademoiselle / white vintage flap.
I'm getting excited i'll be travelling to Tokyo soon. LOve it there.

I agree...the white vintage flap is fun and unique but you already have a white reissue and it is such high maintenance. How often would you wear that one?

I vote for these three to leave the family and find new homes for themselves. The rest are classics and versatile, so keep them to welcome your incoming red flap. GL!

Wow OP, what a tough decision! You have a beautiful collection... My first instinct was to say you should get rid of a black bag, since you have lots of black in your family already. I'd say either one of the two big black bags on the top row. The second row looks so special and unique, and the third row is so classic. Personally I would find a new home for the clutch, but only because I prefer using the WOC as a clutch.

Maybe you should just get rid of the bag which you use the least.
