Just wanted a little sympathy I guess... I sent my circa 2006 Mademoiselle Camera Bag off for spa treatment at the beginning of July. Emilsen called me shortly thereafter and said I would get it back in 8 weeks. It is now about 6 weeks and haven't heard anything. Yet.

My baby went in for replacement of the lacing in her chains. That type of Mademoiselle camera bag had a kind of funky irridescent manmade lacing. The original lacing on mine went completely bad after a couple years. Dirty! Yucky! I was told that the only lacing that could be substituted was black leather (I know this is not original but secretly I am thinking - YEA! black leather lacing will look fantastic!).

I know my bag is old and rather decrepit but I love 'er. And I miss 'er. Thanks for listening.

Well... At least as consolation u know ur baby will be back clean & beautiful..... In the meantime, look at other C goodies first! Hehe

i have worked w Emilsen ~ she is a lovely woman and has always treated me w great respect ~ i would call and ask her for an update ... i hope you are pleased w your bag

Thanks. Yes, Emilsen has been lovely. I am confident she will take good care of my baby. Just anxious....!
