I not 100% sure on this bag, but according to numerous sources, MK's bag is a Vintage Chanel.

i just LOVE the thick chain's the hangbag has. does anyone know if there are any other chanel bags with similar thick handles?

The vintage ligne square tote has thick handles. the lady braid satchel's handles are also thick.
