Have fun shopping whatever you decide!

Thank you :-)) I've decided it really won't worth spending the extra $600 just so i can buy the same thing from a different store.

With the money saved, I can get a small wallet or some nice CJs, so why not? And it's not like you're buying from some reseller- you're still buying from Chanel, mind you. You can always go to the LA store for that "first" experience buying your next Chanel.
On a side-note, Chanel stuff at Heathrow moves very quickly, so I'm not even sure you could get the items you want there. GL on your decision.

WOC will be the only Chanel i'll have until my birthday next February :-) Hopefully i can find a cute WOC in Heathrow in August :-D

I'm a more practical lady so I would definitely go for the savings first before the experience.
Since there is a big saving of $600, you may want to ask your friend to get the WOC for you first. Furthermore, the WOC that you've wanted might not be available in August. You should get it now since it's available :)
In August, when you're flying out from Heathrow, you can visit the Chanel boutique in person and you might get something then :) Need not be something big, may be just a pair of earrings.
Have fun in Heathrow & Vegas!!

I feel excatly like how your friend felt :-) I thought about asking my friend to buy it for me but decided against it for this exact reason. I want to make sure i want that specific bag by seeing it myself first :-D Hopefully Vegas will be very fun...

Thank you for letting me know. I don't know why i care so much about the shopping bag and box :-D Probably because this will be my first Chanel lol.

I don't really want to buy anything else for a while but you are right, i can use the money toward something else. I'm interested in a LV makeup bag

Thank you. I'm considering Servuga or Caviar WOC as well. I want something pretty low maintenance :-)

I'm pretty sure i want a WOC but i've never tried one or personally seen one. That is one of the reasons why i want to buy from a place with a decent selection of different WOCs. I have so much stuff i want to buy from US aside from my first Chanel :-D Everything is so much cheaper there, especially the makeup! lol

Thank you! If the Heathrow store has WOC, i'll definately be buying from there. The more i think about this, the more ridiculus speding the extra money gets :-D

:-) I will probably be carrying the box and the shopping bag back to Turkey. I care about stuff like that. I still have the boxes to my Miu Miu and Mulberry bags.

I don't live in a country that is part of EU :-) I'll probably buy the bag on my way to US, and put it in my carry on. I don't think i'll have to pay for duties and taxes when i'm entering the US, since i'm not a resident. I'll not be paying when i'm entering my country because the bag will be for my personal use only and that is what they care about here.

I would totally save the $$$ and grab it at Heathrow if it's still available. $600 is alot of $$$ to save and u are still getting it at Chanel! I would then go check out the stores in Vegas (there are numerous Chanel) for the "experience." Who knows ? Maybe you will find more stuff to buy :) Have fun in Vegas!! I am only a few hours drive away and it's my favorite weekend getaways !

Thank you! This will be my first time in Vegas and i'm really excited! Already booked tickets for Beatles Cirque du Soleil and Criss Angel :-D I'll be staying at Wynn and i think there is a Chanel store there

After thinking about it, i decided, i'll be buying from the Heathrow. I still want to buy from LV store but i'm not rich enough to spend $600 for the same bag
