Just got my chanel med. red distressed caviar hybrid!

I just got this today in the mail and I love the bag! Unfortunately, I noticed that a couple of stitches were broken, which is a huge disappointment. I bought this bag from a reputable reseller on eBay. Should I ask to return it, a partial refund, or just not say anything?

Was it advertised as a brand new bag? Did you save alot of money? I would be very upset too, I'm so sorry!

ask for partial refund and send the bag to chanel for repair since it's a rare bag esp in red, i love the hybrid distressed flap~

it was advertised as new-just no dustbag or authenticity card. I really love the bag too, and I got it for over $300 off retail. still...this wasn't disclosed.

^^^ I would ask for a price adjustment... $300 off on a bag that you'll need to pay to get fixed is not that much of a deal -and you should tell the seller that... especially if it was advertised it as Brand New, and this was not disclosed

I would ask for a partial refund. It's possible that the seller may not have noticed it. It's such a gorgeous bag, though, I would not be able to let it go! And please post more pics lol!

Try taking it to Chanel first to see if they'll fix it. You could ask for some money off, but Chanel may fix it for free.

thanks everyone for your suggestions! I've emailed the seller about the situation, and I'm waiting to hear back.

Is the bag large enough to work casually? I'm usually used to carrying larger bags. Thanks!

I think it looks pretty good on you as a casual piece. I guess it generally depends on what you wear.

Hope you manage to sort out some sort of a refund with the seller!!
