Inside Lining of Chanel Cambon

Does anyone know if the lining of the medium Cambon tote comes out? I recently had my purse professionally cleaned, but now the inside lining looks loose. I can lift the entire lining out of the bag now. I don't remember if the bag used to be like that before I took it to the cleaners.

yeah, I have a brand new one and I can pull mine inside out.

mine which is at least 3 years old, I can lift the lining out.
