I only have one caviar (PST) and one distressed calf. (metallic black 2.55) The rest are all lamb. I don't think this fall's lamb don't need that much worrying. The first time I carried Miss Dark Green, I was hurrying out the door to get in a cab to the airport. I had bunch of things in my arm, so in order to lock the door, I kind of, (don't throw stone at me for saying this) threw my bag on the step of the front door.

Then, as natural born klutz I am, I carried it around very carelessly whenever I went. Still there's not a scratch and at least to me, it feels as it would stay tougher than 08P lamb.

i can't wait to see the grey lambskin then. i've been dying to see any pic or swatch of the patent grey so i can make a decision. i think BG or Saks told me they currently have the grey lambskin and i'm antsy to make a decision...price on lambskin is also better than patent so...

if the grey lambskin looks the same as the pic on the chanel website then i would love to have it .

Yeah, to me, anything more than very essentials like money, cards, phone and keys can be left at home. And if I use a card case instead of wallet, I could fit everything into pockets of my jeans or jacket. Isn't it so funny we both loves bags yet prove we can live without them?

I still didn't get to see it in real life but based on what I heard so far, it's most likely I get one. If so, we'll have three same colors!

About the green patent, maybe I didn't love it as I should because I'm not big on patent. I usually like shiny sparkly things but for some reason, must feel different about leathers. The only patent bags I own are light colored LV Vernis. But I'm heading to BG few hours later, so let me see it again in my cool state without excitement over getting my turquoise flap.

I *think* I saw gray at BG. I'm heading out to BG in few hours to exchange some shoes, so I'd peek in at Chanel and see if it's same as the pic. But is there something wrong with my eyes, Larkie? I see hints of purple in that photo from the web.

JUSTINE!!! Haha!! Yes I hope to get everything on my wishlist!! Working towards it.... Actually, I got my rose fonce lambskin jumbo already. The color is divine!!! The pink is so so so special you know. It's kind of a dusky pink. I don't know how to describe the color, but it's so cool. You won't see such a pink color very often. So, yes, we are going to have the same 3 colors! Go get it!! I also got the act 1 gray lambskin jumbo which you can see in the Chanel website (yes I already have the prefall gray but can't help it..). It's a lighter shade of gray as compared to my prefall gray, but then it's a bit darker than the distressed gray reissue (yes, I got this as well in size 227). I also got the act 1 burgundy lambskin jumbo and the prefall bordeaux patent goatskin jumbo. But I love the color of the prefall bordeaux patent more than the burgundy lambskin because it has more purple tone than the lambskin one (the lambskin one has more brown undertones actually). And you're going to love the jumbo bags you know!! Add more to your collection!

Wow!! You're heading to BG!! Hey, let is know what you see, ok? Ah...off topic.....I'm choosing between whether I should have the ruthenium hardware or the black hardware for the metallic gray (aka. dark silver). I think the black hardware will be quite special but I haven't seen it IRL on the dark silver. Maybe BG has this black hardware version? If you happen to see it in BG, please let me know what you think. (The ruthenium version can be seen below...Savannah bought it. I love this color!! So, what do you think? Ruthenium or black HW is better for this dark silver?)

The polishes are pretty too- I bought the Melrose (pink) when they came out and was suprised to see that it is pretty much the exact same color as Organdy lol.
