I think 6 or 7 Chanels off eBay, usually because the color or style could not be found anywhere else. I am also a sucker for a good deal. Also my sister is starting to collect and she's been wanting a lot of the older styles so I have transacted for her (add another 3 Chanels). I check the sellers references carefully and use the CC to pay for added protection "just in case" LOL Knock on wood never an issue with anything. You can def save or overpay on ebay, it pays to wait and research for a little while first.

I always search up on eBay, and occasionally they got really good deals, but any pointers on how to authenticate a vintage Chanel?

I got my 1st Chanel Bag in April, Med. Caviar Flap w/ GH, but I rarely use it. Do you suggest me to sell it? I wonder what price can I sell it for...

Just use the Chanel Authentication thread under Chanel Shopping when you find any Chanel on eBay. The ladies are so helpful and have saved many of us from throwing away our hard-earned cash on a good counterfeit .

I like eBay for the variety and good deals. I was fortunate that I had no problems with authenticity issues.
