how "limited" are the reissues?

how many do they make per season? everyone seems to say they are sold out but they seem to be around from store to store

I don't know how many they make, but each store can usually only obtain so many. So maybe the stores near you haven't sold their stock yet, or depending on where you are, maybe your closest store{s} sells so much stock that they reveive a few more than everyone else.
They are few and far between around here though
