Do you still have your first Chanel?

Just wondering - do you guys still have your "first"? If so, do you keep it for sentimental purposes or because you still love/use it? Or has your collection changed and grown away from it?

i just recently baught my first so yes! i do, lol but i can imagine that years from now, i would still keep it. i mean...it IS my first.

no, my first was the large cambon tote. i've since sold it.

I still have my first Chanel. I hope my 1.5yo DD will get some use of it eventually!

Yes I do, it's a black flap in caviar that was a gift from hubby some years back. I love it because it's not dated and a classic! I'll be hanging on to that one!

I sold my first chanel which is jumbo classic in lambskin. I regret it ever since for selling such a beautiful bag, especially with the inflated price nowadays. In 1993 when I bought it's about $1200...

Yes, I still have mine. Black w/black patent CC's Cambon tote. I don't really use it anymore really but can't seem to part from my first.

I still have mine! It was a lambskin black hobo w/ link straps from 2002...it was $800 something from the Chanel boutique. It was my first and I still love it. I don't use it very much anymore but I still could!

I still have mine! It's a baby pink and white caviar classic flap, and they only come back every few years (I think) so they're not terribly hard to find. But it's my first and I totally see myself being an 85 year old granny lugging my pink flap around!
