I'm with purse-nality. Subtle ccc's are fine. The multicolored one rocks, (okay, my pun du jour). C has used colored stones for crosses, cuffs, brooches for years, and this piece will stand the test of time. It doesn't scream Chanel but those who know C will recognize it.

Purse-nality; Jmen; NSCWONG; melisande;OCgirl and the others who chose the rock cuff, point on! The stunning large crystal CC cuff was my first choice and I actually ordered it, but I wasn't content. For all the reason's the Pro CC's stated is why I originally went with it and then I started studying Madame's historical pictures. She really didn't play it safe and if you look at her iconic white cuff it's very similar to this black one, that's what SOLD me. It's a classic piece and I adore the cross. I can wear it with my earth tones and my blacks. Plus I didn't want a large CC's screaming it's brand name KWIM? However I LOVE the large CC's they're pretty fabulous (can you see why I was wrestling like Jacob)...

Anyway when I canceled the order and went with the multi stone cuff I felt at peace. Now I can't wait to get it. Last as I'm collecting Chanel jewelry I decided to purchase unusual pieces that will stand the test of time. I may not buy allot but what I do buy will be fabulous; like this cuff.

I prefer multi-colored stones. For me, it has nothing to do with CC Crystals having big CC logos. I prefer intricate designs more especially from Chanel Jewellery.

I agree; they really do make a statement. If I'm gonna spend the bucks, I want a statement, LOL!

I personally like the crystal cuff better; but think the colored gems is more sophisticated
