Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me if there's a Maxi in beige in London at the moment as I'm only going to be here for about 2 more weeks. I'm considering between the Maxi and extra large classic in beige with gold hardware (if you could tell me the prices would be great too). Also, I have tried calling every stores in London but they don't seems to have any extra large in stock at the moment so I was wondering if I could possibly order it from Paris and have them send over to one of the London store.

Hi everyone!

Just a quick question - does anyone know how long delivery takes for phone orders?
Also, how long would it take if I ordered a bag to be collected at a store?

Don't want to travel all the way to London (from Glasgow) to be disappointed if my bag wasn't in stock.

I've ordered over the phone from London boutiques and once they've cleared your payment details, they usually say that the item will be delivered within 3 days. However, if you ask when it's going to be sent out to you, it is usually by the next working day. Hope this helps. If you ring up and they have a bag available, they will only hold it for you 1 working day. This also includes collection, I believe.

Have any of you guys seen a classic caviar flap in dark brown (medium/large) in any Chanel boutiques or concessions in London? I can't seem to find it in this size in US, they only stock jumbo and maxi size.

Metallic grey is difficult to get in the UK. I've been trying to get WOC for ages. Some peeps have managed to get the jumbo but there's probably a huge waiting list for it. Best to call up the boutiques and reserve one if you can

Ok, I need some help.

I know I posted earlier about phone-ordering a bag but I've decided it's better to go into the boutique & get to carry around a Chanel carrier & feel like a princess for a day! So I've booked a trip to London in 6 weeks time, just for the weekend. Does anyone know if I could phone & order a bag in (and pay) then collect it when I'm there? Just so I don't go down then I'm disappointed if they don't have it.

I've even booked a hotel on Sloane Street! So hopefully I could pick it up from the boutique there

Hi! Im not too sure about purchasing over the phone and collecting, however I think it would be a good idea to call this week and ask. I just returned yesterday from 4 days in London - I went with the hope of purchasing a Black Caviar Jumbo with silver hardware. I knew it might be difficult, but I decided just to leave it to chance and see what happens.

After having no luck in Selfridges and the Old Bond Street store, I went to the Sloane st store. I walked in, and there on the counter was the exact one - someone else had been looking at it, but she went for another bag. Luckily, the bag came home with me

I know what you mean about feeling like a princess whilst carrying the Chanel Carrier, it was my first Chanel purchase and now im hooked! (A small change purse may also have came home with me, purchased on day 3 from Selfridges )

just wondering what colours might be a good bet for this season... i'm hoping to get a large since i tried on the medium (white) and the large (black) when i was in amsterdam, but wasn't going to get another black bag just yet...
