Thoughts - Pre-Fall GREEN Lambskin Classic Flap?

Has anyone bought or received SA photos of the (Dark) Green Lambskin
Classic Flap in Medium or Jumbo size?

Anyone fondled it IRL and have any thoughts as to why they
Can or Cannot live without it?

CAN ...live without it. I may be biased but I don't like green and I don't find the color of green for this season will go well with anything.

Yeah, I was getting ready to pay for one that came in yesterday - it is on reserve - without seeing it first.

i think the green is pretty, but not really liking the pewter hardware. it really makes the bag kinda blah. i was waitlisted for one as well. there's going to be a dark green patent, that might have potential.

I love it- if they hadn't had a purple too, I think I would have had to go for that (but that purple is my favorite color- green is my 2nd favorite). Personally, I think the matte-finish hardware is gorgeous with these two bags. Who knows, if they're still around since not many seem to like them, I might pick one up later this year, especially if I can find a jumbo.

i like both colors but if to choose, will go for purple than green as it will be my 2nd favourite too!~

I saw the e/w at NM the other day, and I didn't like it too much. It wasn't a deep, saturated shade of green, but lighter than I thought it would be and that's not a good thing haha.

I'm impatiently waiting for the dark green patent calf bag to arrive at Chanel instead, which I wait listed for a while back.

I think you need to see the green lamb IRL to determine whether or not it's for you, but for me personally, I can, and will, live without it.

I think the Dk. Green with the dk. hardware is stunning. I saw it at NM in SF and they threatened to 86 me if I didn't stop drooling near it -

It was about a level 6 on a tonal scale -- think Army green. Now a forest green what I consider a dark green. I, too, think it would be a tough shade to coordinate into the wardrobe.

I agree. The green looks ok but im not really feeling the hardware.
