Definitely taking advantage of this promotion to get my first Chanel

I just need confirmation on a few things

a) I can open up a Saks card to get the 10% off and get this other card for the 1 year no interest on the same day?

b) How do I go about getting the no tax also? (FYI, I live in NY so not sure if that affects anything)

1-you will get triple points, but to apply MPA account it take an extra step. I'd recommend you to call a store for details.

2-If you order from out of state Saks, it should be tax free. You may want to try Brandi (her info is on the first page) since she is in TX.

it really depends on how comfortable you are with SA, and also does your SA have relationship from other out of state SA. Local SA can 'transfer' an item from different state, charge send to your address w/tax b/c it counts as local sale, and your SA get full share of commission. You can order directly from out of state SA as such charge send, it would be tax free since it's not a local sale, your SA gets nothing. To make everyone happy, ask can your SA locate an item from out of state, and have it send to you directly (w/o going through 'locater' or 'transfer in' process). So that way, ur SA and the out of state SA shares the sale, but you get it tax free.

I'm comfortable to ask my SA the third option if there's no local stock. She understand the tax saving factor for me, and is willing to share commission w/some out of state SA that she have relationship with, as they all help each other out this way. At the end of day, it better to split the commission than loosing it 100%, KWIM?

omg this makes me really tempted.
Ok for waiving tax, say if I live in NY, and I go over to NJ and open up and account there, order from that store and make it ship back to NY, would that waive the tax?

I believe you only save tax for shipping out of state is when your reside state has no Sak store. Otherwise, you will and must pay local sales tax when filing income tax return.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

You need to open the MPA account while you are at the store.. and I already have my Saks account.. so it is pretty easy to open the MPA account.. then after you get your MPA account number.. call up your SA to purchase the bag!!!

does anyone know if you can order shoes (for example some CL's) from another Saks and get them tax-free?

Does anyone have an SA for CL in any state BUT Mass?!?!?!

I emailed an SA an he says if I open up an account, he could only offer the 12 month no no plan or the 10%. they don't go together? I'm confused

yea the mpa is different from a regular account and with no interest for a year and triple pints.. it's doubtful they would give 10% off on top of that.
