i actually said L-A-X to the SA at Saks and she had no clue what I was talking about and then I said relax line...she then understood me...i thought that was funny

btw ladies, I was in Chanel in Columbus Ohio today there were a red & a white bag left. The lady said she could order if I wanted it !

I asked my Saks SA on this. She said the additional discount for Chanel is 15%, not 50%. But then other Saks SAs may offer different discount......?

I called Carol- she would not go beyond the 40%- I was really hoping to get a bag for my son's girlfriend for Christmas, but really need to stay below $1000- of course, I would also love to have my first Chanel to add to my other gorgeous dahlings livin' in my closet!

How can we get the additional 15% discount on top of the 40%? None of my SA's mentioned an extra 15% :(.....did it apply to the pre-sale & current sale Chanels at Saks?
