Yesterday, at my Saks, two women actually got into a fight over a handbag.......there must have been 25 women grabbing bags from the sales tables and the poor SA's and the Manager were looking on in disbelief.....it was not a pretty sight............and yes, some women had 6 and 7 bags on their arms............some of the customers were very, very rude and nasty..............

Wow, what is going on??? I just ran into the same thing at my Saks- they were mobbed by people in both Gucci and Chanel, and there were two women in Chanel running around grabbing up bags and putting them on their arms, and making the SAs check and double check the prices! I didn't stay long enough to see what, exactly, was on sale- just dropped off my PST and logo earrings to be fixed, and glanced around a bit- it was crazy! When I was leaving, one of the Chanel hogs was getting b^%chy with an SA because one of the bags she grabbed wasn't on sale, and she was insisting a manager told her it was...yikes!

I'm going to go back tomorrow morning early, and hopefully it won't be such a crazy mob scene. I have never seen anything like that at Saks before!

Thanks to habanerita, I got to talk to her SA from Saks in Florida and she told me the following are still available:
-Hidden Chain
-LAX in red and blue
-Drill in black

Her SA is Lazara 305-978-9927

I will be back later to give you an update on Saks in Pittsburgh

Hi, I don't post in Chanel but thought I'd give you an update of what I found during my search for Marc Jacobs:

I just got off the phone with Jeff at the Santa Barbara, CA Saks. They don't carry Marc Jacobs. He does have some Chanel bags but didn't know the names. He was describing to me a "small tote, quilted, leather handles, with silver hardware and round silver things on each side?" The said it is a good everday bag. This one is $1195 down from $2395. No extra 50% on these bags. He has it is black, a tan color and "bourdeaux" He also has other evening bags and bags w/ chains but I didn't ask about. (805)884-9997, ask for designer handbags, then Jeff. He was really nice, they sounded busy but not so busy that I didn't get right through to him.

I want a gucci clutch which is $248 with 50% off but do not have a Saks card and I am soooo upset. Anyone knows how to get around it without Saks card? TIA

Which Saks store has it? Maybe someone here has a good relationship with an SA at that location that can do it for you without the Saks card. Or maybe you can open an account, you should get another 10% too.

She also has 2 LAX black bags; but those have been posted everywhere.
