I second Maria from Saks NYC! She was a darling and very courteous even before I had intentions of making a purchase. She's very friendly and willing to help and is very honest. She won't try to sell you a bag you're not looking for or a more expensive bag to make a commission. She helped me open a Saks card to save 10%.
