Darth no department stores sell Chanel online, no 'real' stores do because Chanel doesn't authorize any chanel to be sold online.
If you find an online store, like some that have been listed, they're re-sells/consignment.

check out the sticky at the top of this page, there's some good Sellers listed there.
But, like I said, they aren't true stoes, like a department store or whatever, but resellers/consignors.

Well from what i have read on here..it is better to go to NM or a Chanel Botique to buy!...Go through the reference library for starters!

There are tons of pics!

There are so many fake Chanels outs there...why would anyone want to take the chance that it might not be real?

It's pretty tough to buy authentic Chanel online...I'd browse the reference library though, to echo skinny.

I'll move this to the Chanel Shopping Forum, since it's a shopping question.
It's been asked A LOT as you can imagine.
But Chanel is NOT authorized to be sold online, not even by NM.
If you find a website, they're either consignments/resells or counterfeits.
There's a 'sticky' thread at the top of this Shopping Forum w/ reliable Sellers listed.

I love Chanel purses a lot, and I have many other designer handbags, but I do not live in an area that sells Chanel handbags anywhere near. I was going to buy a Chanel purse online, but I can't find a website that sells actual Chanel purses, and not knockoffs or replicas. Every time I go on a website, I later find out that they're replicas. Does anyone know of a good website that sells actual Chanel handbags??

Chanel does not sell online. You could buy from ebay, but do your research on who sells auth bags. Or, look online/here for a bag you want and call a boutique and have them do a charge send. There are some consignment shops, but I don't know any.
