This is porbably a well exhausted topic. But then y'all will be expert on the subjuct. Over the past couple of days I've been looking for chanel bags on the internet. I want some classy ones no the seasoned ones on BlueFly. Price isn't an issue, Iv'e got daddy's plastic.

Got any suggestions besides

EBAY.

(I've already been down this path with hermes and found a gorgeouos Red 35cm Birkin in Togo at CreaturesDeLuxe so thankx for all the help PB)

I know you asked for online sites -- but chanel is not sold online. I don't even find BlueFly that reliable after the fake balenciaga's and chloe's.

So: Call a NM or Saks and talk to a SA to send them over to you. I'm sure some of the people here can give you their SA contact info if you wanted someone more reliable than a random person in the phone. If anything, I could give you the contact info of my SA at NM -- it is totally your choice.

For chanel I would recommend you start with the classic flap bag in caviar and then move from there. The jumbo will make your bag last longer and resist more things! hehe

Yeah I agree, call Saks and Neimans and maybe the Chanel boutique. Chanel isn't *reliably* sold online so you'll just have to have something sent to you after a discussion with an SA or be able to look at them in the store.
It's much safer and you can guarantee what you buy will be authentic and not seasonal. Maybe you can look around here for hints on what you like, then contact an SA.

Stay away from anything on line. I do not think Chanels are allowed to be sold on line(legally). Ebay is loaded with fakes. Go to a reputable Department store, Neiman Marcus, Saks or a Chanel Boutique. Good Luck.

Especially since you have the dough for a Chanel bag, I would be hitting Saks, NM, and Chanel quick before Daddy changes his mind.

I am not located near a chanel botuqie unfourtunatly.

How can I figure out what I want when the Chanel website is as usless as Prada's or Fendi's.

Is there some sort of catologue out there?

Your avatar says your location is in Toronto? There's a Chanel boutique at Bloor Street or better fly to NYC, it's not that long from TO. Around an hr flight.

The girls are right, no authorized Chanel is online.

Don't buy from any websites claiming they have authentic chanels, they are all lying and fake. There are alot cute chanel bags shown on the threads here (also check the celebrities wearing chanel).

Chanel does not sell online and does not allow it's bags to be sold online by anyone including the big department stores. There are , however, a few cosignement stores that do sell authentic Chanel online:
