You could ask them to wrap in tissues, otherwise it's just in the dustbag and the box, but they most likely send you a bag that has never even been opened before. I only purchased once from them, and I didn't have a problem with the quality of their Chanel. The bag was flawless, the most perfect among all my Chanel bags.
