I'm interested in buying the chanel classic flap bag in either lambskin or caviar (leaning towards lambskin) and not sure if I want the small or the medium. What are the prices on these? I'm going to the chanel boutique soon to check them out but I want to know what the prices are before i get my hopes up!

The Classic Flap Bag comes in three sizes:

Small - 9" W x 5.5" H x 2" D - $2,295.00 for Caviar + $100.00 more for lambskin

Medium - 10" x 6" x 2.5" - $2,395.00 Caviar + $100.00 more for lambskin

Jumbo - 12" x 8" x 3" - $2,650.00 Caviar + $100.00 more for lambskin

A302224: - The Baby 7.5 W x 5.75 H x 1.75 D inches $1795

A302225: - Small 9.75" x 7.06" x 2.16" $2,250.00

sweetpees, I have just purchased an 08 metallic dark siver and metallic purple size 224, the SA told me it's the small size and it's already $ 2250, from Nordie. I think the medium is size 225 and it's $2450. Some SA from South Coast Plaza tell me that Chanel stopped the size 225 for the metallic this fall 08. I am confused now. Please any of you, if you know, please clearify this. Thank you.

pretty sure 226 is the medium size and retails for $2695. I haven't actually seen any 225(small) metallic reissues so far, so maybe they did stop making that for this season?

I get confused with the sizes because the SA no longer distinguish bag sizes as 224, 225, 226 & etc..... it's just small, medium, large and x-large. I just bought a reissue last week for $2495, and the SA said this is about the same size as a classic medium. I'm not sure if my 2 cents worth has helped anybody
