HELP! Medaillon with gold hardware

I want to buy the Medaillon tote with the gold hardware. My Saks SA is in beauty dept. I want to order a few stuffs in beauty and add the Medaillon to get $600 in EGC. She asked me to give her the reference/item number of the bag so that she can locate it for me. There is no Chanel handbags at the Saks where she works.
Anybody who own this bag can help me please?
Would greatly appreciate.

Sorry, I'm bumping this thread; but since there is no reply, I must ask again. Anyone could please give me the bar code of the Medallion with gold hardware? My SA needs it to locate one for me.

I don't know if this will help you since it was purchased at Neiman Marcus, but I just checked the box from my beige Medallion with Gold Hardware:
The NM SKU is 1486 9166
The Chanel label is: 00V A01804Y01498 51225
I really hope this helps you out.

I finally called my Chanel SA directly and will have separate orders cos it was too much trouble trying to combine beauty stuffs with Chanel bags!
